At Girlz Hoop, we believe in empowering young girls through sports, leadership, and teamwork. We are excited to introduce our new program, Fundamentals, designed for those eager to learn the game and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced coaches and trainers.
What is the Fundamentals Team Program?
The Fundamentals program focuses on providing young girls with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of basketball. Participants will practice alongside our AAU teams, allowing them to gain valuable experience while working on their individual skills. Our dedicated basketball coaches will guide them through essential techniques, ensuring they understand the core fundamentals of the game. There are future opportunities to join one of our club teams as spots become available. We will look to Fundamental program first when future roster spots are open.
Key Features of the Fundamentals Program:
- Skill Development: Each session is tailored to help players improve their basketball fundamentals, including dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense
- Twice-Weekly Practices: Players will engage in practice sessions two times a week, providing ample opportunity to hone their skills and apply what they've learned.
- Leadership Classes: As part of our commitment to developing well-rounded individuals, participants will attend two leadership classes each month. These classes focus on building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills that extend beyond the basketball court.
Flexible Enrollment Options
- Monthly Payment: $150 or
- Summer Full Payment: $400 (covers Mid-March, June, July & August)
